Print, files and ordering
Which file formats do you accept?+
Photographs should be supplied as JPG or JPEG in sRGB. Other print products should preferably be supplied as print-ready CMYK PDF files, ideally using Fogra39. The web uploader also accepts AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PNG and TIFF when needed.
What resolution should my images have?+
We recommend at least 300 dpi at the final printed size. Images downloaded from social media or websites are often too small for large prints.
How long does production take?+
Print products normally take 1–2 working days, signs 1–10 working days depending on material and size, and 3D prints usually 1–5 working days. We always try to find a solution for urgent jobs.
Can you help with layout and design?+
Yes. We help with anything from small text adjustments and file checks to complete graphic design.
Which colour system is used for print?+
Print products are produced in CMYK. Colours on an RGB screen may therefore differ from the finished print. Contact us before ordering if exact colours are important.
What materials can you print on?+
We work with paper, card, stickers, vinyl, Dibond, corrugated plastic, textiles, mugs, gift products and magnets, among other materials.
Can you produce a single item?+
Yes. We have no general minimum order and produce both individual items and larger series.
How do copyright and trademarks work?+
You are responsible for having permission to use images, logos, text and other material. Well-known logos and trademarks are produced only with the rights holder’s permission. We may request written approval.
What happens to my files?+
Files are used only to process and produce the order. Files uploaded through the website are automatically deleted after 30 days and are not used for marketing without your permission.
Can I receive a proof before production?+
In many cases, yes. Depending on the product, we can provide a digital proof or a sample print.
How do I pay?+
The payment method and final price are confirmed with the order. Business customers may receive an invoice by agreement.
Do you deliver outside Nagu?+
Yes. We deliver throughout Finland. Orders can also be collected from us in Nagu by agreement.
3D printing
Can you create or edit 3D models?+
Yes. We can often create simpler models from sketches, photographs, measurements or ideas. More advanced modelling is quoted separately.
Which file formats are used for 3D printing?+
We prefer STL, 3MF or STEP. If you do not have a finished model, we can often help create one.
Which materials are used for 3D printing?+
We mainly use PLA, PLA+ and PETG depending on how the product will be used.
Decals
How long do decals last outdoors?+
Our decals are normally made from 3M 50 Series vinyl for long-term outdoor use in Nordic conditions. Lifespan is affected by sunlight, weather, the surface and use.
Are the decals UV resistant?+
Yes. They are intended for outdoor use and normal Nordic weather conditions.
Can decals be used on boats, vehicles and windows?+
Yes. We produce boat names and registration numbers, vehicle graphics, window decals and graphics for other smooth surfaces.
Can a decal be removed without damaging the surface?+
In most cases. Warm it carefully with a hair dryer or heat gun and remove it slowly. Adhesive residue can be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol or a suitable adhesive remover. Test a small area first.
Can you install decals?+
Yes. We install decals on vehicles, windows, signs and other surfaces by agreement.
Which file formats should I send for decals?+
Vector formats such as print-ready PDF, AI, EPS or SVG give the best result. Photographs should preferably be supplied as high-resolution JPG files. These formats can be uploaded directly through the website.
What is the difference between printed and cut decals?+
Cut decals use coloured vinyl so only the design is visible, without a background. Printed decals can contain photographs, gradients and many colours.
Can you make contour-cut decals?+
Yes. We can make decals in almost any shape, from simple logos to advanced cut designs.
Can I order just one decal?+
Yes. We produce both individual decals and larger series.
Can you help design decals?+
Yes. Send an idea, sketch or logo and we can help create production-ready artwork.
How much do decals cost?+
The price depends on size, material, quantity and whether the decal is printed or cut. Contact us for a free quotation.
How do I apply a decal without air bubbles?+
Clean the surface thoroughly, position the decal and apply it from the centre outwards with a squeegee or plastic card. Work slowly and methodically. Installation instructions are available when needed.
Which decal is best for my project?+
3M 50 Series vinyl works well for many boats, vehicles, windows and signs indoors and outdoors. We help you select the right material.
Do you deliver decals throughout Finland?+
Yes. Decals can be collected in Nagu or sent by post or transport throughout Finland.
