- Can I come in for a passport photo today?
- Yes. During opening hours you can come in for a passport photo without an appointment (drop-in) between 10:00 and 16:00. If you would like another time, simply book an appointment through the website or by phone.
- Do you send the passport photo directly to the police?
- Yes. We send the passport photo directly to the police.
- Can I get my photo on paper?
- Yes, if needed you can get your photo on paper, for example for visa applications.
- Can I pick up my new passport or ID card from the R-kiosk without showing ID or a passport?
- No, you must identify yourself. If you have an old ID card or passport, it's valid as long as it's not more than 1 year old. If you don't have one at all, or if your card is more than 1 year old, you need to give power of attorney to someone who can pick up your card for you. We have forms available if you need them.
