Naguprint processes personal data only when needed to answer enquiries, prepare quotations and fulfil orders.

Data we process
Name, email address, telephone number, company, messages, order specifications and files uploaded by the customer. Technical security logs may include an IP address and timestamp.
Purpose and legal basis
Contact details and uploaded files are processed to answer an enquiry and to take steps before or perform a contract. Essential security logging is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
Retention
Uploaded order files are automatically deleted after 30 days. Contact enquiries are retained for no longer than 12 months. Accounting records may be retained longer where required by law.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website, Cloudflare R2 provides private file storage and bot verification, Botpress provides chat, Meta provides the Instagram feed and Shapo provides Google reviews when functional cookies are accepted. These providers process data under their data-protection terms.
Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Some providers operate internationally. Applicable safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision are used for transfers outside the EU/EEA.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction and may in certain cases object or request data portability. Contact info@naguprint.fi. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland.
Cookies and local storage
Essential storage remembers your cookie choice and is used for the Turnstile security check. Botpress chat, Meta’s Instagram content and Shapo’s Google reviews are loaded only after you accept functional cookies. Those external services may then use cookies or similar technology under their own terms. We do not use our own advertising or analytics cookies.
