These terms apply to orders and payments made through naguprint.fi. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Scope
These terms apply to products and services ordered through the website, including prints, photo calendars, gallery orders, signs and other priced products. For business customers the terms apply as applicable.
Order and contract
A binding contract is formed once your order has been confirmed and payment completed. We always review the material before production and contact you if anything needs adjusting. Products shown as “price after review” are priced only after we have reviewed the files, and a quotation is sent before production begins.
Prices and VAT
All prices are in euros including Finnish VAT (currently 25.5%). The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order. Products without a verified price are confirmed after review. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing and typographical errors.
Payment
Payment is made in advance through our payment partner Stripe (e.g. card and other available methods). We never store your card details. Any discount or promotion codes are entered at checkout. Production begins only once payment has been confirmed.
Customer material
You are responsible for ensuring that the material you upload is correct and that you have the right to use it (copyright, trademarks and other rights). We are not responsible for errors in the customer's own material, such as spelling mistakes, low resolution or incorrect colour profiles. We may decline to print material that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others. Uploaded files are stored privately and are normally deleted after 30 days.
Proofs and colours
Where necessary we ask for approval before printing. Please note that colours may differ between screen and printed result and between different materials, which is not considered a defect.
Delivery and pickup
Orders can be collected in Nagu or shipped for a delivery fee according to the option chosen at checkout. Stated delivery times are estimates and are counted from approval of the material and confirmation of payment.
Right of withdrawal
Under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act a 14-day right of withdrawal normally applies to distance sales. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made or adapted to the customer's specifications or that are clearly personalised – this covers most of our products (e.g. prints, photo calendars, photos and signs). Once production of such an order has begun it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an order.
Complaints
Please check your product on receipt and contact us at info@naguprint.fi as soon as possible if anything is wrong. If the fault is ours (e.g. a printing or production error) we will correct it or reprint it at no cost.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect damages or for errors caused by the customer's own material or information.
Governing law and disputes
Finnish law applies. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you as a consumer may contact the Consumer Advisory Services or refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your order is the one that applies.
